Based on the New York Times bestselling novel series, The Horus Heresy: Legions takes one of Games Workshop’s richest settings, where brother fought brother in a galaxy-spanning civil war, and reimagines it as a digital card game where you can build a deck of unstoppable Space Marines to take part in quick, brutal online duels. Lead your Legion with warlords such as Loken, Khârn, Alpharius and many other legendary characters, as you relive the civil war that tore apart the Imperium of Mankind.
The game launches with a massive collection of over 600 cards and 50 warlords from 10 different Space Marine Legions and 3 neutral factions: Imperial Army, Mechanicum and Chaos. Each Legion employs a distinct play style and game mechanics based on its lore. Even more Legions will join in future expansions, as the game grows to include all the different campaigns and protagonists from the Horus Heresy.
You will collect cards and fight your way in ranked play towards Terra, where the game’s mightiest players battle for ultimate glory. Along the way, you will have to choose to remain loyal to the Emperor or side with Horus during time-limited events with game-changing effects. Such events are a chance to truly make history, as the winning faction will determine which new cards and content is added to the game. But you don’t have to bear this burden alone; join a Lodge and rally your friends to help you get more spoils of war and shape the fate of a galaxy in flames.
