DESCRIPTION:Ruleset: Istvaan 3 cards and warlords only\, draft system \n  \n2 warlords from 2 different factions \nBoth warlords must be from same side – either loyalist or traitor \nBest 2 of 3 Matches\, Single Elimination\, Conquest (you must win with both of your warlords to proceed further) \n  \nOnly Isstvan 3 expansion cards are allowed. Galaxy in Flames expansion cards and warlords are NOT allowed. Cards from other expasions created during game are allowed (Example: Ornatov created Kai Zulane – he can use it) \n  \nPrize pool will depend on number of players\, but first place will always be guaranteed a legendary. \nRegister here: https://challonge.com/j9fo37c5 \nLoyalists: \nGarviel Loken\, Tarik Torgaddon\, Shabran Darr\, Ehrlen\, Saul Tarvitz\, Nathaniel Garro\, Colonel Ornatov\, Calleb Decima. \n  \nTraitors: \nEzekyle Abbadon\, Horus Lupercal\, Angron\, Kharn\, Lucius (yes\, he is traitor this time)\, Fabius Bile\, Fulgrim\, Calas Typhon\, Durak Rask\, Mortarion The Reaper\, Kelbor-Hal\, Ingethel \n  \nDRAFT RULING \n  \nWarlord pick does not require any random – just pick anyone you want and can (in terms of rule\, of course) \n  \nDeck creation will be: \n10 packs of 3 card each – 30 cards in total. \nThere will be no pre-made packs – they all will be generated randomly during draft. \nRandom number generator (RNG) will show 3 sets of numbers\, each corresponding to card’s numbers in special Google sheet \n6 packs of your deck will contain only Legion cards\, other 4 will contain neutral cards. \nEach neutral pack will contain only Imperial Army/Mechanicum or Chaos/Mechanicum cards depending on player’s side. \n  \nRerolling: \nEach player has 3 free rerolls. \nIn case player DON’T have specific card in pack – player CANNOT pick that pack. \nIn case player meet situation of 3 copies of card in deck (2 in case of legendary) – player cannot pick that pack. If hosting TO was distracted and missed such situation – last pack with wrong card will be removed and rerolled. \nPlayers with poor collection may use Starter Loken Deck (Isstvan Speartip) – deck code could be found in #weekly-tournament channel’s pinned messages. \n  \nRNG source code will be presented in case player will ask for it.
