by EverAdmin4A new balance update is now live, bringing small changes focused on reining in the Warlords that have proved to be a consistent menace over the past season. Also, a larger number of adjustments to the Dark Angels are going live with this update. These changes are largely focused on making all of the faction’s warlords more equally appealing, trying to bring Corswain down a bit while uplifting The Lion and Marduk Sedras. Dark Angels
- Lion El’Jonson: Increased Initiative from Medium to High
- Reckoning: Lowered cost from 16 to 14
- Corswain: He will now gain First Strike when triggering Synergy, instead of having it by default. Changed description to “When you trigger Synergy, gain +1/0 and First Strike this turn”
- Marduk Sedras: Increased damage when playing a Dreadwing. Changed description to “When you put in play a Dreadwing, deal 2 damage to a random enemy”
- Apothecary Turmiel: This troop is now part of the Deathwing.
- Fireblade: This troop is now part of the Dreadwing.
- Deathwing Oathbearer: Increased Health from 5 to 6
Blood Angels
- Aster Crohne: Lowered Initiative from Medium to Low
- Veteran Antenor: Lowered Health from 6 to 5
- Crimson Exemplar: Changed description to “Your Warlord is Invulnerable. Avenge (6): Your Warlord gains +1/0”
Shattered Legions
- Hibou Khan: Lowered Initiative from High to Medium
- Firedrake Esar: Lowered Attack from 6 to 5
- Astys Streng: Lowered Health from 5 to 4
Alpha Legion
- Alpharius: No longer lowers the cost of the crated Tactic. Changed ability to “(2) Choose an Alpha Legion Tactic and put it in your hand”
