July’s season is now over, and a new Warmaster has taken the title! Congratulations to them and those who fought their way to the top of the ranks! Before plunging into the new ranked season of Warhammer The Horus Heresy: Legions, let’s take a look at the numbers from the last month of competitive play in Low Terra (rating 2500-3800) and High Terra (rating 3800+). Keep reading to find out the biggest winners of March!

Low Terra meta report

Alpharius springs his trap onto his unsuspecting brothers on Low Terra! The Primarch of the Alpha Legion takes first place in a very tight season on the lower echelons of Terra, passing Sanguinius and Rogal Dorn who take second and third place respectively. In fourth and fifth spots, we see a murderous contest taking place, with Sevatar currently taking the advantage against Angron, who closes this month’s top 5.

The Space Wolves and Blood Angels have managed to find very consistent success during the last couple of seasons, with many of their Warlords achieving a sizable Win Rate. Other Warlords who have become adept at fighting Low Terra’s meta include the Warmaster himself, and funnily enough, Iota, one of the perpetrators of one of many attempts on his life. This is not the last time we’ll hear of Iota this season, though.

High Terra meta report

The Great Khan speeds into the very top of High Terra! His massive Win Rate this season has only been surpassed by… Iota? That’s right! Iota has come back strong after the update to the Agents of the Sigillite, and accompanies the Khan in the season with the greatest discrepancies between Low and High Terra we’ve ever seen. With Jubal Khan taking the third spot, something is clear though: High Terra’s White Scars can cook. Alpharius drops a bit in High Terra, taking the fourth spot, and Nassir Amit rages to the top 5 with a very high win rate.

Players in High Terra seem to have found wild success with fairly unpopular Warlords this month. The Infernus Abomination is doing quite great, as are Aeonid Thiel and Kitur Neferis. Kaeria Casryn keeps being the most successful Sister of Silence, which the Imperium will need if they wish to face Ar’gakhol the Goreborn, who has been a beast this month, matching Meduson’s win rate. While a few successful Warlords have kept much of the popularity pie for themselves, it appears there are many options outside the top 5 that can very much stand against them.
