As is usually the case with big content releases, the meta is still in flux as commanders all over the Galaxy take in all of the new cards and factions. However, some strategies from the newest batches of content have already shown their dominance.
This update focuses on curtailing some of the most pressing cards from the Word Bearers and Blackshields, while slightly boosting the power of the less popular Legio Custodes cards, which have seen little play during the last few seasons. Check out all the changes below.

- Arthul Khedimar: Description changed to ‘When another friendly troop dies, create a copy of it in your hand’ (no longer has -1 cost)
- Whispers of Chaos (Lorgar): Cost increased from 24 to 26

- Chieftain Nial: Attack lowered from 3 to 2
CUSTODES
- Darian Helsates: Gained Cleave 2
- Dankanatoi Ancient: Gained Cleave 3
- Heateron Lictor: Gained Cleave 2, Attack lowered from 4 to 3
- Incarnate Purpose: Description changed to ‘Your Warlord gains Cleave 2 and Blood Thirst this turn’
MECHANICUM
- Vultarax Assault: Increased cost from 3 to 4
