As February’s season takes its last breath, we must congratulate the most recent season winners, and especially the new Warmaster! Before plunging into the new ranked season of Warhammer The Horus Heresy: Legions, let’s take a look at the numbers from the last month of competitive play in Low Terra (rating 2500-3800) and High Terra (rating 3800+). Though not the biggest winners of the month, the Emperor’s Children changes and new Warlord have pushed them to return to their (deserved) spotlight, in a month with one of the most contested High Terra metas in quite a while. Keep reading to find out!

Low Terra
Kor Phaeron sits at the top of Low Terra’s meta this month, but he’s not the only Word Bearer who deserves the spotlight. Lorgar manages to keep his third spot, not thanks to his own brother Alpharius, who leapt over him to conquer the second rank by a hair’s breadth (if that’s even possible between those two). Erud Vahn is taken down from the very top, but still manages to keep a very good fourth spot, followed by Dreagher in fifth.
Outside the top five, some warlords exhibit impressive win rates despite lower usage. Of particular note are Lucretia Elunnirai and Nassir Amit, who emerge as the top performers this month with massive win rates. Ka’Bandha, Hathor Maat and Tybalt Marr stand slightly below them as very solid meta picks, followed by more rogue-ish Primarch picks, such as Ferrus Manus and Corvus Corax.

High Terra
Lorgar crushes the opposition in one of the most contested High Terra metas we’ve had in some time! Eight different factions have made it to the top 10, most of them with very solid performances. This time around, it is Alpharius who follows Lorgar in the rank. Kirine takes the third spot for the Ashen Claws, but he can not get cocky, because a beastly Nassir Amit is following him very closely with a massive Win Rate. Closing the fifth spot, Fulgrim represents the Emperor’s Children in the top ranks! Will the Phoenician keep climbing after his Legion’s changes?
Other Warlords outside the top ranks have had incredible seasons. The Lord of the Flies has topped his win rate record, together with Corswain, with a whopping 65%. Others such as Forgefather T’Kell, Caecaltus Dusk or the Infernus Abomination have also become very dominating Warlords in the current meta. Will one of them command one of your new decks during the upcoming season?
