Before the start of the Horus Heresy, many of the loyalist Legions were sent far away from Terra. This masterful move in Horus’ plan gave the traitors a huge advantage when their revolt started, but this advantage is now fading away.
The full might of the Ultramarines and the Dark Angels has escaped from the Ruinstorm and is on the way to Terra. When word of possible loyalist reinforcements reaches the traitor hordes, they hatch a plan to bring the Siege of Terra to a quick conclusion. In a final push for victory, the traitors start a tremendous all-out assault with their combined forces. The loyalists, watching the terror unfold in front of their eyes, will work together to put a stop to the betrayers once and for all.
Combine your strengths
Choose your side and unite your forces under the same banner! Terra in Flames is the first ever event in The Horus Heresy: Legions where players will be able to draft decks that can contain card from two different non-neutral factions.
When entering the event you will be given a selection of Warlords to choose from, as always, but after picking your desired Warlord you will see an additional choice.
This is the moment in which you get to choose your allied faction. The options available as potential allied factions vary depending on which side you’re fighting for. This means that if your Warlord comes from a Loyalist faction, you will be able to make an alliance with other Loyalist factions, and viceversa.
Once you have selected your Warlord and allied faction, you will start drafting your deck. The key difference is that now that you have an allied faction the choices given to you every step of the draft won’t come just from your Warlord faction’s and the neutral card pool, but from your allied faction as well!
