It is now time to make it even better with the introduction of the Loyalty Program! From today onwards, the Webshop will reward you for your purchases with loyalty points, which can be exchanged for exciting rewards.
How It Works
When you make purchases in the Legions Webshop, you’ll earn loyalty points based on the amount spent. These points are a new currency exclusive to the Webshop that you will be able to trade for in-game rewards, including coins, unique cosmetics, card crates and more.
Alongside this new program, you will also see a higher frequency of new items appearing in the shop, including limited-time deals and new rewards to collect with your loyalty points. There is always something new to discover in this warring Galaxy!
How to use the Webshop
To make a purchase on the Webshop, make sure your in-game account is registered with your email and password. To do this, you will need to enter the settings menu (button with a gear icon)
After registering your account, log into the Webshop with that same email and password and any purchases will be delivered straight into your account.

Q: Is it mandatory to register my account in-game?
A: Yes, after you register your account in-game you will be able to log into the Webshop with the same account details.
Q: How do I track my loyalty points?
A: After you get your first loyalty point, you’ll be able to see your current points balance directly in the Legions Webshop.
Q: Do loyalty points expire?
A: No, loyalty points will not expire. You can save up for a future spending spree if you want to!
Q: Can I use loyalty points to discount other purchases?
A: At the moment, items purchased with loyalty points are separate from those purchased with real currencies. There are no current plans to make loyalty points work as discounts.
Q: How will I redeem my loyalty point purchases in-game?
A: After purchasing crates using loyalty points, you will receive an inbox message, which includes a button to redeem your items. In the case of purchasing coin packs or cosmetics using loyalty points, the purchased items will be added directly to your account. If you do not see the message in-game after purchasing crates, or the cosmetics or coins being added to your account, you might need to restart the game to see your purchase reflected.
Q: I did not get loyalty points after a purchase, what can I do?
A: Some purchases can take a bit of time to go through the system and update your loyalty point balance. Make sure your purchase was completed successfully by checking if you got its contents in-game or if it was registered in your payment method. If you did not get your loyalty points after a couple of hours, contact support and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
