With the new Prestige Levels about to be released, earning experience to level up is now a vital part of earning rewards to further expand your collection. To help you leverage these great features, the 4th Anniversary update will bring a new tool to speed up your progress: Experience Boosts!
Read on to learn all about these new rewards and how to obtain then. Get ready for when they land on the game on 17th March!
What is an Experience Boost?
Experience Boosts are a new type of reward which will increase the amount of Experience obtained for playing matches, for a limited duration.
When receiving an Experience Boost, it will activate immediately and show its bonus and remaining duration in the main menu. While it is active, all matches played will provide more Experience than normal, in line with the bonus provided by the Boost.
Multiple Boosts can be active at the same time, and the bonus they provide will be added (rather than compounded). For example, a player with two active Experience Boosts, providing a 100% bonus each, will receive a total of 200% more experience than normal.
How to obtain an Experience Boost
- All players will receive a free Experience Boost as part of the special gift to celebrate the game’s 4th Anniversary.
- Reward crates, such as Event rewards and Challenge crates, will occasionally include Experience Boosts of different value and duration.
- Other ways of getting Experience Boosts will become available from time to time, for example through in-game events or premium bundles.
Besides Experience Boosts, other ways of speeding up progress will become available, such as the 20% Experience bonus provided to players who have a mentor under the upcoming Mentoring System.
Experience Boosts will become available on 17th March, as part of the 4th Anniversary update. Other new features, such as Prestige Levels, an innovative Mentoring System and the amazing Premium Cards have already been unveiled. Did you already read about them?
